Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 00Widget iOS app, website, and hosted API service. By accessing or using 00Widget, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Private beta

00Widget is a work in progress currently offered as a private beta. Features, APIs, templates, limits, and app behavior may change without notice and may not remain backward compatible. Access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Eligibility and access

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the devices, accounts, API tokens, and integrations you use with 00Widget, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity performed with them. Tell us promptly through the Support page if you believe access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use 00Widget to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with or overload the service, gain unauthorized access, bypass usage or security limits, or facilitate harm, harassment, or covert monitoring. Do not probe or test the service for vulnerabilities without authorization; use the private security reporting channel described on the Support page.

Your content and data

You retain your rights in the data and content you submit. You grant 00Widget a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights.

Widget cards and Live Activities may be visible on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, Apple TV, or through a sharing link. Do not submit passwords, API tokens, financial account details, highly sensitive personal information, or anything you would not want visible on those surfaces or to a person holding a link you created.

Open-source software

00Widget source code is available under its accompanying open-source licence. That licence governs your use of the source code. These Terms separately govern your use of the 00Widget-hosted app, website, and API service.

Third-party services

00Widget relies on or connects with services provided by others, including Apple, Cloudflare, GitHub, and services you choose to integrate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. 00Widget is not responsible for third-party services or for changes, outages, or data handling outside its control.

Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features or subscriptions are offered through the App Store, the price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Apple processes billing, cancellations, and eligible refunds under its terms. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback, you allow 00Widget to use them without restriction or compensation. You are not required to provide feedback.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using 00Widget at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or if operating the service is no longer practical. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 00Widget is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for critical, emergency, safety, financial, or medical use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 00Widget and its maintainer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity. Total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for 00Widget during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Applicable rights

These Terms do not limit consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute will be governed by the law and courts that apply under mandatory legal rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as 00Widget changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
