Remove API tokens, push tokens, email addresses, private widget content, logs containing credentials, and other personal or sensitive information before posting. For an account or privacy matter that needs private details, open an issue containing only a general request for private follow-up.
Quick checks
- Confirm the iPhone or Apple TV has a working network connection.
- Open 00Widget to refresh its connection and check the latest displayed state.
- Confirm the API token has not been revoked or expired after 90 days of inactivity.
- For Live Activities, confirm they are enabled in device settings.
- Include exact error text in a public issue only after removing secrets and personal data.
